Tracking:

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping: $0 for all orders over $100!
  • Standard & Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and total order weight.

Customs and Duties:

Returns Policy

Free Returns for Faulty Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer free returns for faulty items. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with photos or a video of the defect, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement.

Conditions for Returns:

    Kba OK. It is wireless and has a backlight. However, when connected under the charger, it turns green as if it was charged. You don't know how much to charge. The head is like a little concave?! Hard pressed in some parts of the body. But for that price he does the job anyway
